lol dante is right, that is useless if you are required to have 8 in earth. even if you do run a fire/earth base you'd want something better than that.

Lol, tx for bumps. I know its godly ^^ or kind of ^^.
But I need some prizes plse.
Its beter with req fire but i think lot of elem use low earth to have + 4x armor (43 armors at 7+1 earth).
BTW req earth is just to make max dmg with wand. U wil lstill have bonuses without 8 earth.

autcion it and sell for what u can, as its really difficult to price wands, artifacts etc. they dont have one clearcut best mod like swords and axes do

I've seen the green air wand and it has similar stats:

20% fast cast on air,
10% overall recharge.

I dont know if the fire wand is similar or not.
